For sellers
Agreed on a price through WhatsApp or Instagram? Send your customer a Paxtra payment link with the order details. They review it before paying, without creating an account. You track the deal through to payout.

Seller workflow
Share a Paxtra payment link in the conversation where you already agreed the deal.
Create a transaction. Describe exactly what you're selling, the price and the agreed terms.
Send it in the chat. Share the payment link where you and your buyer already talk.
Follow the request. See when the buyer pays, when you've delivered, and when payout is due.
Keep clear records. Everything agreed and delivered sits in one place.

Buyers pay no Paxtra fee. For the proposed pilot, the seller fee is 5.5% of the transaction amount, with a C$3.00 minimum, deducted from proceeds. The full schedule is the Fee Schedule.
Before you receive payouts you may need to verify your identity or business. Where possible, Stripe collects sensitive verification details directly, and Paxtra avoids storing identity documents.
When the buyer confirms, the release process starts. After release, you receive your payout through the available option. Standard payout can take several business days, depending on banks and payment providers. Instant Payout is planned and is not available yet.
What if the buyer doesn't confirm? Confirmation is the normal route to release, not the only one. If a buyer doesn't respond after you've delivered, or raises an issue, a resolution process applies.
When a buyer gets a Pay with Paxtra request, they can review the details and read how Paxtra works on our Pay with Paxtra page. Point them to it if they're new.
